Anna Silk

Anna Silk was born in January 1974. The most famous role she has played is Bo, from the Showcase's Lost Girl television series. Silk was raised in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. She is the daughter of Peter an academic, and Ilkay Silk, an acclaimed performer, actress, and playwright as well as Director of Drama of Drama at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna is able to recall the earliest moments of her life, including attending rehearsals and watching of shows. Silk produced a number of commercials when she was still a kid. She earned a Bachelors in Arts at St. Thomas University. Silk announced to the fans her good information that she was pregnant while filming season 3 during an exclusive pre-show to promote Season Three. Silk tweeted on June 20th 2013 that the show would return for a fourth season of its production. The fourth season began on the 4th of June 2013 and was produced by Showcase and Prodigy Pictures.
